  • We support choosing construction as a career option

Construction is one of the biggest industries to work in, both in the UK and worldwide. There is a role for everyone, whether you’re good at maths and sciences, love woodwork or computers, or are great at organising projects.

An online portal goconstruct provides information and access to career options in construction and the qualification routes that are available.

  • We encourage those in the industry to inspire and support the next generation

Working in such a developing industry means there is need to continually seek out new talent to help close the skills gap and support creativity.

MHA Skills Community encourages the industries workforce team to consider becoming Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) ambassadors.

STEM ambassadors help to promote the study of and careers in the Science, Engineering, Technology and Maths industries.
