Professional Services

This board meets every six weeks and is responsible for ensuring the framework operates effectively. It is chaired by the MHA manager and is attended by representatives of each client authority who are actively involved in using the framework, the AECOM delivery managers and the AECOM framework manager. It has developed the Professional Services Partnership 2 (PSP2) business plan following a workshop in June 2015.

The agenda includes an update on progress against the business plan, a report on the financial position, a review of performance to date, prospective workloads and any issues that need resolution. It also organises any events, such as the annual PSP event which showcases best practice throughout the alliance.

It has also developed a commission manual, which outlines the processes involved in using the framework.
